Third-country nationals often face unique challenges when entering the Austrian job market, and as a third-country national in Austria, I’ve experienced many of them myself. What I’ve learned is that there’s no such thing as a single “perfect” career path! Every job can be a valuable opportunity to learn more about what you like, what you don’t like, what talents you have, and what inspires you. I’m so glad to have the opportunity to help others discover new ways to use their skills to build a unique and exciting career portfolio.

I find transitional phases in life particularly fascinating because they offer the opportunity to find a new direction and continue to grow. Through my work in the psychosocial field, I have learned to recognize potential and to support people with empathy during times of change. I look forward to reflecting with you on your life journey so far, identifying your strengths, and exploring new career opportunities.

As a sociologist, hypnosystemic coach, and supervisor, I support people through career transitions and orientation processes—from entering the workforce for the first time to starting a new career or returning to work. Diverse life stories and winding life paths are the new normal, and they fascinate me: With my hypnosystemic focus on resources and a sociological understanding of contexts, I support my clients in making well-considered decisions and exploring new paths.

Behind these question marks lie the paths to actively shaping your own journey—and these paths can be purposefully discovered and followed step by step. With this approach, I support you in shaping your path in a self-directed way—using structure, strategy, and a variety of methods drawn from my training and experience in coaching, supervision, and organizational consulting with students and academics in various transitional phases, as well as my research on identity development in adulthood.
