We offer free one-on-one counseling for advanced students, graduates, third-country nationals, and AMS clients, as well as monthly resume reviews. In our workshops and webinars, you’ll receive expert advice on application materials; we’ll prepare you for job interviews and show you how to present your skills convincingly; analyze job search strategies; provide tips on how to use LinkedIn effectively; and help you expand your professional networks. The role of artificial intelligence is already highly visible in recruiting. We track current trends and provide practical tips for using it.

Our services are complemented by career and personality assessments, which help you better evaluate your interests and talents using an online tool. Afterward, a counselor will analyze the results with you, allowing you to prepare for your career entry in a targeted approach.

Finding the right job can be challenging. Reflecting on your own strengths and interests will help you gain clarity on what matters most to you when it comes to the right job. We’ll help you navigate the job market using the General Interest Structure Test(AIST-3) and the Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP).
